Great location, very nice staff, breakfast is good, not great but good and is prepared at the moment. The rooftop is nice.
Maybe for safety reasons but the main entrance is always locked even during day time, so you always need someone to open the door for you. Is not that I didn’t like it but it’s a just comment

The stuff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is really nice, I loved the fruit salad.
The room was clean.
We had a big issue with our booking:
This was confirmed on booking.com, but apparently not from the hotel side.
No-one from the hotel has ever sent an email to inform us. Only a message on the day of our arrival, asking to confirm.
Now, how can you REconfirm the booking (booked and confirmed on booking.com a month before), on the same day you are travelling from Europe on a plane for 17hours??
Imagine, you arrive in a new city, in the evening, and you just find out that you don't have a room confirmed on booking.com, actually the hotel tell you that they are fully booked (or I should say overbooked).
This is the last thing you want to have after a long trip from the other part of the world. Hope they will never do this to anyone else.
On another note, the front office manager apologised, organised a taxi and booked us out the first night in a nearby apartment, where we met the lovely owner of the hotel and her daughter, they are lovely people.
The FOH Manager was willing and ready to help and sorted the issue out, that is why in the end the stay was ok.
