Save your money. This place is severely outdated, unhygienic, and poorly managed

The only thing to like about this apartment is it's location

Bait-and-Switch Pricing: The listing advertised "pay at property," but the host forced me to pre-pay right after booking. Terrible Management: Customer service is nonexistent. Check-in "instructions" consisted of just a bare address and room number. Disgusting Conditions: The apartment was covered in dust and dirt. The floors, carpets, utensils, and bathroom vents were visibly filthy and haven't been cleaned in weeks.

Disgraceful hygiene standards and no action from the owner

The location is the only good thing about this apartment. The rest is awful. It's all dirty.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an apartment. The hygiene standards were simply disgraceful and completely unacceptable. The bathtub was rusty and had hairs in it, making it obvious that it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The shower head was also covered in rust. The bed linen was stained and so dirty that I had to sleep fully dressed. To avoid putting my face directly on the pillowcase, I was even forced to cover it with one of my own T-shirts. The towels were dirty, worn out and even had holes in them. There were also mould stains in the apartment, the sofa was badly worn, and the curtains were black with dirt. I immediately complained to the owner about the appalling condition of the apartment. His only response was to apologise: he did absolutely nothing to resolve any of the problems and offered no practical solution whatsoever. Since sleeping in this apartment, I have also developed a skin condition. I cannot medically confirm what caused it, but the fact that it appeared after staying in such unhygienic conditions has made this experience even more disturbing and concerning. These were not minor defects or normal signs of wear and tear. They demonstrated a serious lack of cleanliness, maintenance and respect for paying guests. It is unacceptable to rent out an apartment in these conditions, offer nothing more than an apology and expect someone to sleep there. A disgusting experience. The photographs of what I found speak for themselves. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

The apartment was not clean Short of towels for a 6 days stay (2) (asked for more and 2 were delivered) No usable tea pot (obtain 1 after requested) No rubish bags where to put the rubish, only 1 in the bin There was no soap, no tea towels

Very Disappointing – Look Elsewhere for Basic Comfort While the location is central, the surrounding area is extremely noisy at all hours. Getting a decent night's sleep is nearly impossible due to the constant street noise. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired — dusty surfaces, poorly maintained bathrooms, and questionable bed linens. The most frustrating part is the parking scam: you're charged extra for a parking space that actually belongs to the apartment. This feels deliberately misleading. Overall, the value for money just isn’t there. You’ll find far better options at the same price point.

La ubicación es excelente y el departamento es muy cómodo. Cuenta con restaurantes, tiendas y otros servicios cercanos, lo que hace la estadía muy práctica. Quedé muy satisfecho y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Excelente departamento tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía, tiene todo a disposición, restaurantes, todo el comercio, el costanera Center esta super cerca, además Valentina siempre está a disposición para cualquier duda o consulta que se necesite, 100% recomendado y por supuesto vamos a volver.
