The breakfast was delicious!
Was not aware that I had to pay an extra £25 for the two childrens beds in the room. Was still worth the money, but would have been better if it was added to the initial booking.

Really enjoyed staying at this grand hotel with its beautiful gardens and excellent decor. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast as well. We were sorry to leave.

Good cooked breakfast. Friendly staff at breakfast only.
When we arrived at check in times doors were locked and no one around good start not. Not shown or told anything about the hotel once able to check in. Not even shown to room and staff at reception did not appear welcoming.
Mattress in room 7 is not good slopes to the sides, poor night's sleep thankfully only 1 night. Poor sheets on bed did not even cover the sides of mattress and came off overnight. Cobwebs around the room and shower glass had dark mold on it.
No one around at check out to check our stay.
