Nice rooms given the price charged. I was given an upgrade really appreciate that. The Buffet Breakfast is not bad it is okay for a short stay. The hotel staff including the Turkish owner of the hotel and especially the Pakistani manager guy are very friendly, nice and cooperative, there was a Turkish man in the staff I am forgetting his name but he was also a very nice man. The location of the hotel is good for exploring the European side of Istanbul at a budget, With a metro stop just around the corner and most of the major attractions at a walking distance, but ofcourse not a short walk. So overall you get a good value for a short stay in Istanbul given the low price.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be well improved. After some use the water stands in the basin though the manager tried to resolve this but after some use the problem was again back.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options — a perfect start to the day.
Add an electric kettle to heat water and make coffee or tea.

The quality-price ratio is great.
The area surrounding the hotel. It is close to the Marmaray and Metro, which is good, but in the area itself I felt a bit unsafe.
The bathroom could be renovated.
