Huge room and very frequent shuttle service to HK Disneyland. The luggage department is very well run and delivered all 10 of our bags to the room upon checking in. At check-out, they came to get the bags and held them in the luggage storage room for the 2+ hours before our ride came. A special shout-out to Thomas at the luggage department -- he single-handedly and cheerfully manhandled all our bags (not an easy task!) and, when it was nearly time for the driver to pick us up, he stayed at the curbside waiting with us just so he could load the bags for us into the van. Thomas fully deserves a raise!
No self-service laundry room. Sure, you can pay the hotel to do the laundry for you but we had A LOT of laundry to do. I ended up taking a MTR to Tsing Yi village to use the laundromat there (it wasn't an easy expedition!). If you do that, make sure you have an Octopus card for tourist app already download and charged up for the washing machine.

Staff very friendly, nice facility, close to park.
The only downside was my spouse is gluten free but staff didn't have any options for that.

The smell, it smells so good and so fresh. I love the cozy atmosphere and ambiance. The place is so clean. Very comfortable. I feel so at home.
It's what my niece did not like. There was no bidet in our room.
