Staff was great, and the place is charming!
Balcony is shared with other guests so it can get a bit noisy.

Honestly everything was perfect. They let me extended for an extra two nights and allowed me to keep the same room. They bring you hot water for tea and coffee every morning. They change your towels and clean your room everyday if you need to. It’s right in the city, you can walk everywhere but it’s not on the main road so you get some privacy and the noise isn’t bad. The bed are so comfortable. I am super difficult when it comes to bed as I have back pain and I was very surprised. The owner are amazing. You can ask them to take you on tour if you want, they are always available and happy. I would definitely come back.

The hostess was amazingly warm and kind and the others were friendly. Waking up to incense and sitting eating delicious breakfast by the Koi fish was so lovely and peaceful

Great location in central Ubud. You can walk to anything. But still quiet and private because it's down a lane way, away from the street noise. Staff very warm and kind!
The room I got was quite dark, in the corner, view was of another wall outside. A lot smaller than the photos. For $30/night you're still doing good, but I booked it for the views over the rooftops that I saw in other people's reviews. I didn't find out if there was breakfast somewhere, but on my second morning there were bananas left for me outside my room which was really nice.
