Hotel Sorrento

Was visually beautiful from the minute you all in . All the different places to have a coffee or a drink at the restaurant was immaculate as well.

There’s nothing really I didn’t like about the property we stayed in one of the lofts at the back in the grey building that wasn’t a disadvantage. It still felt like we were part of the hotel and having to walk a couple of seconds just to get to our room wasn’t a disadvantage so I’ve liked everything about the property.

Lovely properly

We loved the whole feel of this beautiful hotel.We were fortunate to be upgraded to a terrace pool view which had a wonderful outlook and was extremely spacious.Coastal luxury.The staff at checkin were very welcoming and set the tone for the rest of our stay.The pool area was stunning.

The style of the hotel and view was lovely but not much else was enjoyable for our stay.

Apparently they upgraded us but the room was directly over the bar on a Friday and Saturday which meant we had no quiet, beach view but window was broken so could not open it, when you showered the bathroom would flood and the toilet roll holder was broken also, had to take 3 sets of stairs to reach room with an elderly mother when the area I booked had an elevator and had to walk through a bar and restaurant to get to pool area in bathers. Only 5 options for breakfast that were hardly appealing. Hardly an upgrade and for the price pretty disappointing.
