Amazing!!!!!!

Amazing view to the river! Very clean and big rooms very good breakfast! The owner was very king and help ass with taxis and other informations!

Cozy sanapiro

The location is perfect. Nice view to the river. Feel like grandma home. The receptionist guy was so helpful. We had early flight and the package our breakfast and make it ready for us as takeaway.

The TV was not working. No tooth brush at the washroom, the washroom cleaning is 6 out of 10

Mister Kakha is a heart of this hotel. Old school, warm, chillout (I can get anything for you) attitude. As a person with many years in a hotel business, I could tell right away, game recognizes game. Big plus for YouTube and Netflix in the rooms, instead of regular television. Great localization. Possibility to make toasts at breakfast.

The host was very talkative and hospitable, he even gave us a sip of his wine to try; the location is excellent and the breakfast also quite diverse.

Our room had an unpleasant smell and the mattresses felt used out; transport/ taxi bookable via the hotel is a lot more costly than the price you get outside.

Everything is great and the hospitality is A one Mr.Kakha ,Mr.Irakli and the owner including other service staff are lovely and unforgettable ..Highly recommend Hotel Sanapiro and on my next visit surely Sanapiro will be my choice ❤️

Everything is ok The room washroom is very clean breakfast is delicious Even though the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom wasn't great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the was second to none, I will certainly be staying here again!!I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything...Khakh is a very nice person.

Very friendly staff Breakfast is not bad Location very close to city center Doors are nice, had warm vintage look

Very noisy, all the corridor noise is in the room Air conditioning is old and very noisy Right outside of the window there's an electric station, which also provided its portion of noise even with closed windows. No chance to open them — very loud buzz Thanks for two pillows, but one was too hard, like a brick All the above caused us sleep badly

Very well located in the center of the city, you can go to all the monuments and markets by foot. The rooms are very calm with an amazing view on the river. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Perfect location for families.

Very cozy hotel in the center of Kutaisi with an excellent buffet breakfast. Special shoutout to Kakha: he checked us in very fast, was super friendly, and even started breakfast earlier because we had a long drive ahead and had to leave early.
