Excellent location right on the beach! In walking distance to Eden Beach and Beach Kitchen where we enjoyed good meals. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Suggest an air fryer in kitchen as no oven. Suggest new beach towels as the ones we were given were very tatty.
Also clean up the side passage where we walked to the pool / beach from upstairs rooms as there was litter there every day.

We thought we were getting a room with a separate bedroom on the first floor and was first a bit disappointed when we got a studio on the second level but it was soon our favourite part of our 6 week long vacation here. The apartment had high ceilings and a perfect view! We loved our stay!
Some of the guest hinted that the community pool was for those on the ground floor for some reason but thats just temporary guests and not the hotels fault.

sea view, excellent. location excellent. transport to town available beach was fine
there was no signage to guide tourists. wevstruggled to locate the exact place and had to enquire next door

Great location
Outside furniture was falling apart, one shower did not work. Felt very threadbare and basic. The counting of knives and forks on arrival felt excessive.
