The setting is wonderful and the breakfast reflected the rural nature of this property with excellent local produce in abundance.
The room was large and the bed comfortable.
A good night's sleep at the end of a long drive.
I really enjoyed chatting with the owner during breakfast. As I was on my own she asked if she could join me. I was delighted and learnt a lot.
I would stay again.
There was a lack of hot water ... it was warm,but could not be described as hot!

Excellent breakfast, local cheese, jams, bread, croissants. We were offered drinks on arrival. Nice welcome, the rooms are in an old farmhouse, with views of the fields or the local road in front. There was no air conditioning, but the rooms were well ventilated, temperature was agreeable, although very hot outside.
The village is very quiet, so if you are looking for bars, restaurants, shops and adventure, you will have to look a bit further.
If you do not like the smell of the countryside, hay, cattle, this may also not be for you.

het ontbijt was in orde, rustig gelegen, echt op zijn boerebuiten, denk niet gepast voor wie iets aan de preutse kant is maar voor mij hetwege vond ik het in orde

De dame aan de receptie. Zeer vriendelijk en sprak vloeiend Engels
Inchecken pas om 16.00 uur. Receptie om 20.00 gesloten. Niemand meer aanwezig. Bar dicht om 20.00 uur. Restaurant hele dag gesloten. Alleen ontbijt verkrijgbaar. Geen lift.
