It was a very successful stay.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the old town. To the city center (the cathedral) you need to walk 2km, but you can take a bus part of the way. The apartment itself is very spacious clean, and well-equipped.

When my friends and I arrived, the appartment had clearly not been not been cleaned. When we informed the host they said they would send someone to clean. We asked how are we going to be compensated for this inconvenience and lost time. The host said we would not receive any compensation because they are already sending somebody to clean. When we replied that we would make a complaint to booking.com they said we could check out later on the last they. We informed them that this would not help because we have tight schedule to catch our flight back. They said they will not refund any money. At this point we contacted booking and booking contacted them and came back to us saying that the host has offered us compensation but we refuse to cooperate. We sent booking pictures of the appartment and informed them that we cannot accept a later checkout because of our flight schedule. The host contacted us and was insulted we contacted booking saying that they would compensate €18 after we retract the complaint with booking and send them a screenshot of a 10 star review. The host was very rude and insulting towards us.

L'appartamento è grande con 4 camere da letto, perfetto per 6 persone. La zona molto tranquilla nel centro di Siviglia. Arredamento spartano ma con tutto l'occorrente.

Pur essendo nel centro storico la piazza della cattedrale dista circa 25 minuti a piedi. C'erano poche stoviglie. Non tutte le camere hanno il condizionatore
