Nice location. There's a co-op downstairs for anything you need. The facility was clean.

The room doors didn't have keys or locks (except there was a special way to lock the doors that I couldn't figure out)including the bathroom and bedroom . We were travelling with kids and we didn't have any privacy.

Super easy to get in to, really close to Alton Towers which is why we booked. Really lovely little apartment.

The 2 seater sofa was a bit broken and the bed was quite hard.

Clean, everything we needed on our last minute trip

Not suitable for a family holiday

On entering the hallway of the building, there was a very bad smell from the drains. The entrance was dirty and not fit for holiday accommodation. The flat is above a Co-op, very noisy with delivery vans all night. The mattress was so thin, better off sleeping on the floor. The flat very run down, dirty and in need of renovation. Not fit for a family stay or any stay in fact.

The windows were really nice and large. They were also tinted to give more privacy. There were bottles of water upon arrival and the place looked just as advertised. I would definitely recommend and visit again!

The bathroom door did not lock and had a screw sticking out of it. The sofa bed in the lounge was a very small double and very uncomfortable.

Convenient, easy to walk to restaurants, modern apartment. Also, great communication, really helpful and easy to contact.

The double bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa also could have been comfier, the fan provided in the twin room was thick with dust
