The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was not as good as at other places we stayed for a similar price. Unfortunately, there was construction work in the building during our stay, and on our last day we had no hot water in the morning.

The room size is great! Beautiful architecture!
The breakfast could be improved. Having breakfast in the lounge at the large round table isn’t particularly comfortable, and it would also be nice to have a few more breakfast options to choose from.

The riad was just perfect. Exceptional hospitality, especially from the young gentleman we dealt with mostly (on arrival and at meals etc). I was travelling with my daughter and we would both definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Fes.

Funny smell in the room necessitated us to open the windows to the courtyard. RoomDoor can’t close without slamming. Told staff about an early tour start and requested BF at 730. Staff were all still asleep when we came down
