Very friendly and helpful owner. Excellent location near beach and restaurants. Clean ensuite room with mosquito net. Fast wifi and desk in room.

The owner and his wife were such friendly people. The made delicious breakfast and dinner for a small amount of money! You have to walk approximately 15 min to the beach were everything was happening (surfing etc.). Make sure to bring mosquitoe protection spray.

The owner is really friendly and chatty. He also allowed us to renegotiate our stay because we needed to return to Mirissa. The accommodation is basic and you get what you pay for. Location is less than five minutes to the beach, in a quiet street. Would suit people travelling on a very tight budget, and due to location, surfers.
Although clean, the family room was quite cramped, and a little dark and musty, even with the window open.

The room is bright and the location is good.
The pictures are better than reality. You can find better places, doesn't worth the money.
The place is full of bugs and the mosquitos net of the bed doesn't help. The kitchen is dirty and full of ants. The water in the kitchen and in the bathroom smells really bad and often the owner forget to refill the water contianer on the roof so you can find yourself without water. After 3 day there were water worms in the bathroom's floor. Internet does't work! It's clear that there is no love in the ospitality and they think only about money.
