Everything we required was provided, although toiletries were limited. In spite of the Wednesday market, parking was easy. Lassay was a lovely little town set in attractive Normande scenery. So refreshing to see preserved agriculture, fields full of cows and maize rather than solar panels!
Rather noisy on our first night, much quieter on the second. Of course, the French day starts with the opening of the boulangerie at 05.00! It was pity that we experienced a problem connecting to the internet. As elsewhere these days in rural France, it's difficult to find a restaurant for dinner in the evening, which makes the self-catering facilities almost essential.

The location was really fantastic, right in the centre of town. Was helpful to have a well fitted kitchen for our stay.
Unfortunately due to all the pictures of gardens in the listing we expected that there would be some outdoor space/a garden at the property and there was no outdoor space. The beds were quite uncomfortable and far too short for my 6ft4 husband, and pillows were very thin. The living area was quite small and it was difficult carrying suitcases up two flights of stairs to the top bedroom. Unfortunately amenities such as shower gel and soaps were not supplied.
