Fantastic location with small balcony and lovely view of the Duomo. Great sized apartment, very secure, great restaurants, bars and other eateries very close by. 5 min walk to the Duomo.
Stairs to mezannine are open with no banister - wouldnt be safe for young children.
En suite shower flooded the bathroom and bedroom so wasnt usable, we all had to use the upstairs bathroom. Notified management but no action taken or response.
Was notified of other repairs to be done during our stay and so had to make sure we were out....but they never turned up and so had to vacate again for a rescheduled second visit.

Location was amazing, great local restaurants and can walk to everything. Apartment is a great space for everyone
Could be noisy with sirens and nightlife but would come again.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance.
There is no elevator. The apartment has one bedroom downstairs and a loft upstairs, which has an open stairway. There is no AC upstairs, and the fan on cooling makes a huge racket that we couldn't keep it on. It was very hot in the loft. Lack of proper bathroom amenities. If you run out toilet roll, you have to buy them. A little hand soap in the bathroom and no holder to put it in.
