Nice old stylish decor
They would improve their rating score and possibly even add an extra 1/2 star by replacing the spring mattresses that can easily be felt as it sit let alone lay with basic level new matresses
I am sure the property is never running 100% most of the year so replace 1/4 of the mattresses spread over different room types and then fill those rooms first. Then proceed sort remaining room mattress replacements over subsequent years if cash flow is an issues
Then keen your rates as they are across room types and build those reviews due to guests now seeing you as great value for money. once your rating score are back into the 8 and 9’s you can then start to increase your nightly rate overtime as the higher ratings score justifies it.

Ambiente vintage e posizione perfetta, proprietari molto cortesi e cordiali, sembra un albergo d'altri tempi, ottimo per amanti di suggestioni letterarie e cinematografiche
Hanno un bar e tavolini ma non lo utilizzano per servire la colazione o per acquistare una bottiglietta d'acqua, forse la Domenica lo tengono chiuso, acqua della doccia tiepido fredda con getto debole

Excellent location across from bus and train stazione.
I had a very peaceful room, it had everything I needed so functioned well and good size.
The hosts did not speak English but they were very kind and obliging
I will stay again
The shower could have better pressure and be warmer but this is just personal opinion.

Расположение отличное, пара минут от вокзала. Очень легко найти. Огромный плюс это ранее заселение.
Рядом есть пара ресторанов.
Хозяева очень доброжелательные, отвечают терпеливо на все вопросы и видно, что заботятся о гостях.
Новые матрасы и подушки. Спать было очень комфортно.
До центра старого города от вокзала ходит автобус. Билет лучше купить в киоске,потому что в автобусе можно расплатиться только кредитной картой.
Да, обстановка требует обновления.
В ванной необходима шторка.
