The location, the service, the support from the staff and it felt like being at home
The room was a little small but it was probably the only one left available when I booked but it was grand

Posizione splendida, parcheggio comodo e vicino, in zona blu (a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20). Stanza grandissima, vista dalle finestre meravigliosa. Proprio in mezzo alla via pedonale/centrale del paese, via tra l'altro piena di locali e negozi, ma in camera non arrivava praticamente alcun rumore. Sotto il paese, ci sono diversi supermercati, distributori, e attività di qualunque genere. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con la nostra bassotta. Il condizionatore funziona benissimo (pieno agosto e un caldo assurdo fuori). In camera erano presenti anche TV, phon, frigo.
Uno o due giorni prima ci sono arrivate le istruzioni per entrare in camera, con codice e indicazioni. Impeccabile e consigliatissimo.
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, eravamo al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma le scale erano ampie e comode, lo indico solo a favore di chi magari ha proprio difficoltà a camminare (magari era indicato sul portale, ma non l'ho ricordato io)

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Punto strategico al centro di Castiglion del lago. Camera grandissima e pulizia eccellente. Staff attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
