Modern, beautiful and quiet stay right near the center

Matea was very kind and the property was super clean and well equipped - it was very modern and comfortable.

The AC was great in the joined living space, but didn’t reach one of the bedrooms super well so while I was comfortable I know some people might find it too warm.

Exceptional

Location was great, 5min walk to the nearest beach and 10min to the city centre. The apartment has everything you need (quite large kitchen) and the bed was really comfortable. It has own parking space, since a lot of apartments in Bol do not provide it and parking can be a problem. The host was very friendly and helpful.

First trip to Bol and we will be back!

We had a great stay in Bol at the end of September. Matea was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. Our studio apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. It had a balcony where we could sit outside and eat or relax with a view out to sea or up to Vidova Gora. In a couple of minutes, we were down at the harbour and all the cafes and restaurants and afterwards we could return to the peacefulness and the view from the apartments. It is a lovely shaded walk to Zlatni Rat but we actually preferred the smaller beaches near the old monastery which were about five minutes walk away. Matea recommended a great local restaurant and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout which both added to our stay.

Lovely apartment with nice views. Fantastic host, highly recommended.

The host is fantastic. She is very friendly, warm and she was accessible during our stay in case we needed something. Really committed host. Also, on the way to the apartment the communication with her was easy and straight forward. She showed us the flat, welcomed us with a local map explaining places to visit around. We loved the balcony and its nice views, loved eating out there.

This location is very close to the most beautiful beach on the coast and the center city. The host is very friendly and kind. The most lovely part of the apartment is balcony with a sea view and a small garden.

The stricture is quite old with old furniture and sanitary. The WiFi connection is a bit poor.

Matea (the owner) is warm and welcoming and the house is splendid, with all the little details you need for the stay. She offers excellent recommendations on local places too.

Acceptable. Lovely hostess, and immediate help from her husband to resolve problem with my hire car.

Breakfast N/A, but good facilities to provide own.

I'd expected a room with better sea view. My side-on apartment had limited sea views, limited further by acacia tree (but I didn't expect ripe almonds to fall onto my balcony!)

Our host, Matea was really friendly and welcoming. She explained a bit about the house and in general about Bol, when we arrived. The house was really clean, with a nice balcony, where we ate our breakfast in the morning. 10/10 experience!

Absolutely worth the price

The location was nice and quiet, apartment was well cleaned and we got a warm welcoming. It was really affordable. The apartment was equipped with everything listed, kitchen too. It is sure well taken care of. The benefits really outbalance the few flaws we found.

We had a little problem with ants on our first day, but the insecticide was provided and it wasn’t much of a problem anymore. The toilet plumbing would need to be checked and the lock didn’t open smoothly, but we figured it out.

Hostess is very nice. She gave us tips about local sights. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a well equipped kitchen. Ac works fine but we asked for an extra fan and she gave us with a big smile.

No toiletries.

Perfect harmony for vacationing, we enjoyed our time and hope to be back!

Matea our host was so nice, welcoming and professional. It was easy to get in touch and she was there for everything. We felt like at home with perfect service. Apartment is really spacious and clean has everything you might need with beautiful view overlooking sea and island Hvar in distance and lovely balcony. It is situated at peaceful area yet so close to nice beaches and walking distance to center. There is available parking spot and also our dog was welcomed which was very important to us. We just loved spending our time there.
