The apartment was okay, but the hosts were absolutely terrible. Zero communication, zero understanding, and zero custome

Location

Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I specifically asked in advance if we could check in after 22:00 and was told that we could. However, I was not informed that the €24 overnight tax had to be paid in cash before check-in or that the access code would not be provided after 22:00. As a result, we were unable to access the apartment and had to spend the entire night outside. What was even more disappointing was the lack of concern from the hosts. This situation could easily have been avoided with proper communication and better customer service.

Many stores and supermarket in the neighbourhood to fulfill your needs. Quiet accomodation behind the busy street. Public transport station in walking distance.

There is minimum hanger to hang our jackets and clothes. TV programme not well adjusted. Basic kitchen utensils. Garden view not weel groomed.
