Absolutely fantastic stay — truly exceeded expectations!
There are so many things to love about this property. Gianni is an exceptional host: he welcomed me personally at the apartment, showed me everything with great care, and was always available on WhatsApp whenever I had a question. His kindness and attentiveness made the stay feel effortless.
The flat itself is in a perfect location — just steps from the seafront and only moments away from the piazza, which comes alive in the evenings as the temperature cools. The area is full of charming restaurants and bars, both on the piazza and along the little side streets nearby. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy Mola di Bari’s atmosphere.
The apartment has everything you could possibly need. If you feel like cooking, there’s a Co‑op close by and a Lidl within reach (though Lidl is a bit of a walk if you’re carrying heavy shopping bags!).
I also want to give a special shout‑out to a wonderful restaurant called The Big Apple. It’s a family‑run place, now managed by an American‑Italian owner who took over from his father. The food is fantastic, and the family’s warmth makes the experience even better.
I will definitely be returning to this property. If I could give it 11/10, I absolutely would.
There’s genuinely nothing to dislike. Just a small note: the apartment is on an upper floor, so keep in mind you’ll need to walk up the stairs — something to consider if you’re carrying very heavy luggage.

Mola di Bari is a very nice city, a lovely ancient town with a great activity. The main square is vibrant, full of childs playing, people walking or sitting in many bar/cafes around the square. Its location is also great to visit all tourist places in Apulia: Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Lecce, Alberobello, Locorotondo ... There are great connectivity by train. For people renting this apartment, is good to know that there is a long stair to get to the door (37 steps). The kitchen and bathroom are in the upper-floor, that is reached by another stair (17 steps). If accessibility is not an issue, this is an unbeatable place, location is the best, owner is a lovely person and facilities are good.

It was 2 minutes walking distance from the piazza. The top floor had a nice kitchen, bathroom and covered terrace with washing machine and space to dry your clothes. The main floor had a bedroom with plenty of storage to unpack your clothes and a nice living room with a couch that can be turned into a bed. Gianni is a wonderful host and a gentleman. He answered questions quickly while we were there. My wife and I had an overall positive experience.

Struttura pulita, fornita di tutto, letti comodi, Gianni, il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato in un vicolo vicino alla Piazza centrale. Citta' incantevole! Siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo visitato tanti posti!!!
