The property location was great, easy to get around on foot if your only plans are to stay in Dulan proper and a couple of blocks from the intercity bus that takes you into Taitung city proper.
The bed could use a new mattress and if there are quiet hours for the evening there should be quiet hours for the morning as well.

Nice location, tucked back from the main road. Facilities were adequate, although since room for improvement.
We stayed on the balcony in the tent room, so there wasn't a lot of privacy. No lock on the door, and not much in terms of shelter to block the views of the neighboring balconies. Place states it's "pet friendly" but it's more like pet tolerant for a fee. Always needed to be leashed, not allowed in the tent, couldn't leave our dog in our room to pick up food food down the road... all in all, not the best place to bring your dog.
