Avoid this place—it’s a deteriorating, unhygienic mess.

The location in Triana is excellent—very walkable and tucked into a vibrant part of the city. Conceptually, the apartment is a super cute loft with a lot of potential, and it would actually be a great stay if it were properly cleaned, maintained, and given some basic lighting.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places (26 in less than two years), but this was a total nightmare. I was booked for four nights and ended up "escaping" after just one because the conditions were unacceptable. What looks like a cool, trendy loft in the photos is actually a crumbling space that smells of mold and sewage. Upon closer inspection, the kitchen cupboards were literally hanging off their hinges, and there’s no light or ventilation in the kitchen area at all; I was basically trying to cook in the dark using light from the hallway. The furniture is just as bad—the couch had zero support and felt like sitting on a rock. Once you get up to the actual loft, the ceiling is so low you have to bend double to get to bed, only to lie there staring up at a rotting ceiling. It’s honestly gross. Also I found black hairs hanging from shelves in the living area and other places. The shower was the breaking point. Not only was it covered in someone else's black hairs when I arrived, but it’s a total design disaster. It’s so cramped that if you bend down to grab your shampoo from the floor (since there are no shelves), you’ll either knock the doors open and flood the room or bump the handle and scald yourself. To top it off, the hot water ran out in less than five minutes. I didn’t even get a chance to finish my shower. I messaged the property manager, Chema, the next day after I had already checked out and moved to a different apartment. His response was incredibly dismissive, pulling the "nobody else complains" card and blaming the water heater's capacity. He asked for photos of the hair so he could "blame the cleaners," but after I sent them, he completely ghosted me. Despite the place being disgusting and me leaving after 24 hours, they refused to refund the remaining three nights. They basically got paid for nothing.

Location good, suits short people.

Good location. Safe area, residential near small cafes etc in the suburbs. Close enough to city centre. Seville is amazing. It was reasonable value but I would not want to take my wife there. She is not an oompaloompa.

The stairs were limited to oompaloompas. It needs a painting and the edging on the kitchen is off. Looks poor.

A complete mess

Location is good, 15-20min walk to the old town. Restaurants and groceries are near. Public parking is limited but it is possible to find a free place. Quite and peaceful neighbourhood.

Cleanliness is very disappointing. When we arrived at the apartment, we didn’t look closely at the bed sheets. When we came back to sleep, we noticed that the main sheet had stains on it—some old ones for sure, but also new ones. It was gross to sleep there. In the morning, we decided to leave the place and stayed only one night. We also noticed that the shower holder is broken, so it’s impossible to hang the shower head and wash your hair with both hands. The coffee maker is broken as well. When it heats up, you can’t hold it because the handle is missing. You need to use a towel or something similar just to lift it. There is no kettle at all; we had to use a pot to boil water for a cup of tea. The hair dryer is another issue—the plastic on it is burned, and it seems unsafe to use altogether. We were wondering what the owner is thinking by comfortably renting out an apartment in such condition. I would be embarrassed and would fix these essential issues for €50 and move on. But no—the apartment is left as it is, charging tourists for this mess, which says a lot about the owner’s attitude and professionalism. I’ve been traveling regularly for 15 years, and this experience is on another level.

Parcheggio super trovabile in zona molto tranquilla. Casa molto pulita e con lavatrice. Stanza spaziosa.

Zona a 35 Min a piedi dall'inizio del centro di Siviglia. Comodo perché non si spende troppo ma per arrivare in centro o prendi la macchina o sono 2 km a piedi. Bagno piccolo, a volte si allaga, telefono della doccia un po' scomodo.
