Wonderful Apartment Stay in the Garmisch Area!

The apartment provided a perfect stay for my family of four adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, appliances, spices, and the host even provided complimentary dish soap, dishwashing liquid, and paper towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The Wifi was fast and reliable. There is a large living room area with two couches and a large TV. The shower provided plenty of hot water. There is a private parking spot just behind the property. The hosts were great with communication via messaging. The location of the apartment is within a short 5-10 minute walk from the old town center of Partenkircken side of Garmisch-Partenkircken. There are plenty of hiking trails within walking distance as well. The entire stay was simply wonderful. We could definitely tell that the hosts went above and beyond by providing those extra details for our stay that you don't find in most apartment stays around Europe. We would absolutely stay here again when traveling through this area!

Meets high expectations

Fresh apartment, even some improvements compared to the pictures. Well eqiped kitchen. Calm area close to Wankbahn and Kletterwald. Lidl nearby. Closer to Partenkirchen center than Garmisch center.

No AC, but AC seems rare in apartments in Bayern.

Great value for money

Everything from the staff who received us (Mikail), bed rooms, kitchen, family room, games for kids & location of an apartment. Mr. Mikail has greeted us with a complementary coffee beans 😋. The location is right infront of the bus station. Rooms are big and equipped with all nessacery items from coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove top and toaster. Definitely our choice for next year visit

Alpi perfect

Excellent apartment with everything that you need, including an excellent coffee machine . The host Mikail was very helpful and even gave us a lift to the station on departure.The bus stop for the free city bus is just outside the apartment

Amazing place! I can sincerely recommend staying here.

- The owner is very friendly. He helped us a lot before and during the stay, he even answered the questions that were not directly related to the property. - The house is equipped by everything you need during the stay: dishes, cutlery, good coffeemaker, dishwasher and even tea, oil, spices and many-many other kitchen and bath things. - Good layout of the rooms in the house, and full-size beds in the bedrooms (200x180cm at least). We traveled as a family, but it is very good for two pairs, for example. Also, there is a good living room with large TV (we've not used it). - Good location, ideal if you travel by car - the parking is included. The hosts even helped us one day, when it was snowy - they cleaned the place and the car.

Feels like a home away from home.

Perfect! Apartmemt is really spacious for 2 persons and has one pf the best equipped kitchens - lots of pots n cutlery for a good sized family. Even has olive oils n a good selection of herbs and spices. Host was very attentive and helpful. apartment was very modern and spotless. The Wank mountains is abt a 10 minute walk - good for hikes. The Wank cable car is abt a 5 min drive and the top gives panoramic and glorious views of the alps. Apartment t is about 10 mins walk to the old town.

Very friendly host. Very clean! Centrally located... couldnt ask for a better accommodation at Garmisch. Loved the stay and would highly recommend it!

Comfortable base for exploring region and Garmisch Partenkirchen

located on a quiet side street, but still close to the aldstadt, this apartment is fully loaded. A full kitchen, living room with large TV, 2 bedrooms and plenty of space. Alpi makes a perfect and comfortable base to explore the region, without struggling to find parking in the center. Michael (the host) couldn’t be a nicer guy! he goes above and beyond to help out with anything and everything! much appreciated!

What A Place

It is a place where there is no chance for you to regret staying there. First of all, you have a very helping and welcoming gentleman, the host is a true gentleman, he helps you in every way possible, he craves for your comfort, he made me feel like home. Now what about the place? What do you like to see in a place to call it perfect? Well for me, clean place (which it was) great WiFi (which it was more than great) parking lot (you can park your car right in front of the apartment for free which is an absolute great privilege) kitchen fully equipped with all the cooking naccery stuff, bathroom are clean and with a great space, rooms are big and very comfortable, evern he is caring for the smallest details for example he puts for you several shoes to use either for walking in the apartment or for the bathroom, and on top of all that an amazing coffe maker with fresh beans inside is there for you to use for free!!! Is that it? No, we still didn't talk about the beautiful furniture and how beautiful The place is organized, also we didn't talk about that you have a huge living room which is very well set and it makes you feel so good to relax in it, also you have your beautiful garden with an amazing view of the mountains. For me I would definitely think of coming back, and I absolutely recommend staying in it.

Well there is nothing I can't say, seriously there was absolutely nothing I didn't like, the only thing I regret is that I didn't stay longer...
