The staff were amazing and friendly. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The gardens are so beautiful and peaceful. Loved the location to everything.

Nice accommodation walking distance from Victoria Falls national park, shops and restaurants. Most activities can also conveniently be booked via the accommodation
As our room was quite far away, the wifi wasn't that strong in the room itself, but good everywhere else on the property

Great location and walkable from the falls. Also nice design of the rooms, however also totally outdated. The included dinner was superb, the breakfast only ok.
Wifi was available, but super slow. The insect screens had a lot of holes and I got bitten in the bed. Also by bedbugs. Staff attitude in the restaurant was bad.
