The property is peaceful at night which you can relax since it is in the Station 1 and away from the Bar. The location is near the beach front as well DMall. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Even though it is not a big concern, they only need to improved is the WIFI connectivity, the air-condition unit can improve its cooling capacity base on the size of the room Family Standard Room (with Electric Fan Provided) and some of the Bed mattress(Foam) is already saggy.

Close to the beach but on the quiet side of Station Road.
No work chair in the room. The chair provided has no backrest which is very uncomfortable. WiFi is good but not for work that involves calls and downloading/uploading files.

Staff were helpful and friendly. 1 min walk to the beach . Comfy bed
Arrived 7 hours prior to check in and charged P700 but the room was available anyway.
Advertised sea view. The view was between two buildings about 1 meter. Wide via a small window over a kitchen sink
The inn is very old and antiquated in need of major modernisation. Our room 3, Was very depressing with a noisy old aircon unit. Had a leak under the sink in the cr with a bucket to collect the water. To a access the inn from the road you have to walk down a stoney allyway which after rain is about 75mm under water. The price per night was only slightly less than far better hotels and more central to the Dmail. The tv signal réception was terrible, not really watchable which we wanted to do due to inclement weather. Booked two nights but left after the first night as the weather was bad and would be spending longer in the room than anticipated.
