Very comfortable in terms of location, restaurant service, massage and swimmingpool combined with a stylish and practical room.
During the relaxing massage ( which was great) there was a-lot of noice from people near the pool.

Staff are welcoming and plentiful. Nice pool. Nicely located to Moshi so I used it pre and post Kilimanjaro summit. WiFi throughout.
Nothing much really. It was coming to the end of the season so my rooms needed a bit of freshening up. Gym equipment was dated with many machines unavailable.

I liked the environment, the garden with the flowers. It’s a great place to have rest and be in peace.
The facilities are old and some things don’t feel like clean enough for the category of the place: sunbeds, pillows. Rooms with little light.
What I didn’t like also is that when my friend couldn’t come because her grandfather passed away, there was ZERO help to at least move one booking to another day so I pay for anyways but I can use it. The staff and customer care is pretty cold
