The food was delicious. I was able to view Mount Kilimanjaro from the hotel rooftop.
I thought the hotel would send a shuttle to pick me up on arrival as I had requested via Booking.com, but that wasn't there when I arrived.

Great staff. Joseph in particular was so very helpful.

The room was very spacious, bathroom had shower and bathtub, full of amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, even a sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent views from the 3rd floor. The rooftop access was great for views of Kilimanjaro.
Limited options at breakfast, no sausages or bacon. The WiFi was unreachable from the room. We had to connect to a different staff WiFi, but there was only signal near the door.
The room was unnecessarily big, two couches in one corner, but no table.

Several staff members were funny and kind. Big rooms, nice seeting.
Miserable and boarder line rude reception staff. Property adjoining has dogs which bark repeatedly all night keeping you up. (I'm a dog person!)
