Nestled in Galveston Island, this charming house for $719 per night is a great option for your next break. ***SAVE 20% OFF RENT NOW THROUGH FEBRUARY 2024*** Front Row is a beachfront home with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 2532 sq ft two-story modern home features a wonderful open living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a large island with extra seating and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. There is a large dining table inside and a picnic table on the deck to enjoy meal time with the family. This incredible home has lots of natural light that make it bright and airy inside. You'll be soaking up the sun in no time on the large open deck with great beach views. The beach is just steps away for hours of family fun. Downstairs is a private outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going inside. Front Row is a great option for a large family or multiple families wanting to stay in the same home. The master bedroom is on the first floor with access to the deck. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each painted it's own bright and fun color, and also a second living room with TV, DVD and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. This home welcomes dogs with an additional $100 non-refundable fee per pet. There is a combined weight limit of 50 lbs and a max of two (2) dogs allowed at one time. If you're looking for a 'front row' vacation home that has beach views from almost every room then look no further, Front Row is the home for you! Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Outdoor Shower with both Hot & Cold water Main Level: Open concept living room, dining and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room; large dining table and kitchen island with additional seating. Master Bedroom has a King bed with full bath, TV and deck access. Second Level: Additional living area/den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV and access to second level deck; Bedroom 2 (the turquoise room) features a Pyramid Bunk and regular Bunk Bed; Bedrooms 3 (the green room) has a Queen bed and TV; there is a shared hall bath between Bedroom 2 & 3 off the Den area; Bedroom 4 (the coral room) feature a Queen bed, TV and access to the second level deck; Bedroom 5 (the purple room) also features a Queen bed and TV; there is a hollywood bathroom shared between Bedroom 4 & 5. Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available. Location: 16 mile drive to 61st Street; 19.5 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 15.5 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Notes: This property rents by the week only in the summer months from Monday to Monday. Front Row will also work together with The Beach House located directly next door and with The Perky Pelican, which is located behind The Beach House. Note: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. This was the perfect house for a weekend getaway for our family of 11 (5 adults and 6 teenagers). Our guests from Utah especially enjoyed it. The house is in a perfect location, it’s extremely well stocked, and we all slept comfortably. The only recommendation I have is to please provide more trash bags. We were only given one, which definitely wasn’t enough for 11 people and two nights. We would love to book the house again next year. Thank you!

As advertised, very nice and clean. Lots of rules and contracts to sign but nothing unreasonable. Great outdoor seating areas and master had a patio with a great view. Enjoyed going to and from the beach since it’s front row.

This home was perfect for our large family. We prepare almost all meals at home and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Large dining table, plus additional seating around the kitchen island. The beach location cannot be beat, just steps to the water and away from the public beach access so it was never crowded. It's a small thing, but it was so nice that all the light & fan switches were labeled! Thanks for a great stay!

This place was PERFECT. It was so spacious, clean, well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms,… everything you can think of. Center island made for excellent entertaining. It was steps from the quiet less traveled waters edge. There was ample seating on the deck. You truly can see the water from all rooms.
Furniture was comfy and clean. Beautiful floors and bathrooms with great water pressure and lots of drawers and cabinets.

This house was amazing! It was very modern and recently updated. The management staff was great with all communications coming via email as expected throughout our stay. The House had a full set of all pots, pans, dishes, towels, silverware, etc. This next part has no reflection on the property but is a warning in general. We ran across a 4 foot rattle snake just behind the property. Just moments before my daughter was very near the grass where the snake had been, Be careful in Galveston, people often don't associate the beach with venomous snakes but this is the second rattlesnake I have seen on there. We also saw what looked to be wolf believe it or not. Great weekend getaway!

The house was very quiet and it was so nice having an upstairs tv/game room so that after a fun day in the sun we could settle the kids down with a movie to relax while the adults played cards downstairs. Having 3 1/2 baths was wonderful.

Even though the original property we booked was sold the week before our trip, the staff worked with us to find suitable replacement and this house was perfect for our group. The office was available and accommodating as well.

Would give the house a 4.5 star rating. Kids were thrilled to be right on the beach, rooms were nice and the kitchen was great. Issues with the sliding doors and sometimes with getting hot water, but overall really enjoyed the stay and the house.

The only improvement would be some deep cleaning or paint touch ups for the white trims, doors and bunk beds.

I would not rent this house again. My family was very unhappy with the smoke smell and no linens or towels for every single bed and bathroom in the house the first night of a multi night rental.

We had a great time and the location was great. We could have used more king beds for the large guys in our family. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking anything you wanted. Outdoor grill could have been larger because of the size of our crew. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family really enjoyed our time at Front Row. One watch out-the ceiling fan in the room where the bunk beds are located is quite dangerous for the top bunks. It’s very close to the beds. A family member cut their hand and had to go to the emergency room to get stitches and a tetanus shot. I recommend the fan is removed from that room. It could have been a lot worse.
Once we got past that episode it was a lot of fun for everyone. The home has two family areas as detailed in the pictures. It’s fairly new. It was well stocked with kitchen ware and other things needed for meal preparation. The home is right on the beach. We look forward to going back again soon.
