Strategic location, 30 min-1 hr drive to several destinations in Gunung Kidul (including Goa Jomblang), helpful staff, rooms were fairly clean and tidy, breakfast, rooms have air conditioning, spacious room, indoor bathroom, parking space, communal kitchen, late check-in possible.
If you plan to travel mainly in Gunung Kidul area, this place is a better option to save driving time compared to staying in Jogja city centre.
One of the rooms' toilet couldn't be flushed (but the staff offered a change of rooms free of charge), no utilities.
Note to other travellers:
This is more of a guesthouse than a hotel, so don't expect a 5 star accomodation.

The hotel was quite nice, simple but clean
The aircon running well
For bfast, simple & good
Maybe the hotel can put a doormats infront of the door more clean.
Because of the 'paving block' infront the room
