The room was very nice. Comfy bed. The room felt small but despite this we managed to organise ourselves with our multitude of bicycle panniers. The room had a bathroom across from our room with a door to give us privacy (reason door was that staff needed access to a cup board in the morning). The bathroom was clean with a high toilet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were exceptionally helpful. They helped me find my lost house/ cycle keys in the street outside as I accidentally left them there (Oops). I thank them very much for that. Keys now collected by relatives who live in the area across in Germany so I'll get them back in due course.
The shower unit plug hole was semi blocked so the water got close to overflowing onto the surrounding floor. Slightly noisy outside with a bar but did not bother me and my wife used supplied ear plugs. We did struggle to find the accommodation when we arrived as the name has changed to MILK (& not Milk and Cookies); the proprietor told me they have told booking.com a few times but they have not done anything about it? A big sign high on the building would help tourists to find the accommodation.
