EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF SERVICES, bed was comfortable - brand new I guess. Room was clean, best shower pressure, everything was clean, staff checked in the morning if we needed towels and toilet paper - very accommodating, polite, friendly and efficient. Customer service 110% excellent! Location was best, close to everything and where we needed to go, next door to the Papatoetoe Friday Night market-BONUS! safe and secure, clean and friendly management and staff

Close to everywhere we had to go, quiet stay, lively staff.
Owner & staff not on property when trying to check in after a 4 hour drive, no milk offered for hot drink but have tea, hot chocolate etc
When making bed found old blood stain on sheet?
Can’t lock room from sliding door have to go out main door and go right around to your vehicle. Would be handy to have key to sliding door especially if your room is in the front of building you can park in front & go out door

The beds were comfortable. Easy to book and fast service.
The room was much smaller than i anticipated alot different to the photos of the room we picked.
We weren’t told there was no kitchen. I wasn’t sure if there was a communal kitchen as it didn’t say on our booking and the receptionist didn’t tell us either. Also we had no TV. The TV didn’t work at all , when we told the receptionist about it we were told it would be fixed but when we came back the TV still wasn’t fixed. Also there was a HUGE crack in the ceiling so it was abit off putting.
