Late check in meant we only had a couple of hours before dark on our first day.

The second bed, above the double bed in the second bedroom is more of a cot, not really a single bed.

Location was excellent, a short drive from Hobart airport and 20 minutes to a more than adequate supermarket range. Good area for exploring with the drive to Port Arthur and other scenic drives very accessible.
The porperty was very well equipped and was clean. There was a small problem with some outside roofing coming loose from the very high winds. When this was reported to the managers it was addressed quickly and efficiently.
The kitchen bench is quite high, less suitable for shorter people. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was cluttered with a fan and vacuum cleaner so it was harder to hang clothes. There was only seating at the (high) kitchen bench for meals, which could be fixed by having a small round table on the living area (we brought the little round table in from outside and it was suitable, but a little rusty)

view was great
we did not realise how small the town was and is quite remote. no local pub or places to eat out. no aerial for TV .
