It seems especially good if you’re looking for a quieter, more traditional/Austrian guesthouse style stay rather than a luxury hotel. Great for short stays, for exploring Vienna, for those who prioritize cleanliness, friendly service, and good food over ultra-modern facilities.
The room didn’t have a kettle, was a bit dusty, and had no air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable at night since it got pretty hot inside.

Very nice and professional staff, room very clean, the bed was really nice and fresh! Breakfast was good, nice free parking just in the courtyard
Traveling in summer, I missed a little fridge in the room, or even a public one in the corridor.

The breakfast was really super with a real good assortment of items. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The free parking was absolutely a big surprise--enough room for everyone to park. There is a jungle gym for the kids to play on and was used often by our gang of 4 grandchildren. The restaurant was fabulous, and the food was outstanding. This Gasthaus deserves 5 stars, and I will definitely return. I will recommend to anyone going to Vienna.
Lack of air conditioning--not a problem for me because I do not like A/C.
