About this house rental
Located in Bethany Beach, this lovely house for $455 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Reserve Sat - Sat only; Check In at 4:00 pm; Check Out at 10:00 AM If you arrive early, feel free to park at the unit, but please do not go in until cleaning and inspection is completed. Walk to the beach & town from this end unit townhome. Unit boasts a modern kitchen (fully stocked with equipment and some pantry items) with breakfast bar. Bathrooms are all remodeled. Front and side decks, outdoor shower and garage full of beach fun (4 adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, bicycle cart, ping pong table). Bethany Proper Community offers a large pool and tennis courts for you to use at no extra fees. Your car is not needed, however 2 parking passes are included with your stay (for side streets). Bethany Beach is the perfect beach town with the perfect balance of fun for the entire family. Overall, the property was in amazing shape. We had a small issue with the air conditioner in the property manager immediately jumped on and had a repairman at our door. Jill is extremely responsive and communicates wonderfully.
The property is about a 3 to 4 block walk to the beach as well as the Bethany boardwalk. Great location. The home is much bigger on the inside than expected and the property owner provides lots of extras for you and your family.
We will be back! Amazing memories, a quiet neighborhood with the added luxury of a pool for days you just don’t want to get sandy. Highly recommend!

This was a great property. House was clean and even ready a bit early for check in. The convenience to the beach and town was extra awesome. The scooters were so much fun to ride as well as having the bike with trailer for taking all necessities to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Only negatives are that house cleaning was not done thoroughly and patio furniture needs updating.

We had a fantastic Bethany Beach stay in August 2021 with our 2 year old daughter. Jill was excellent with communication, the condo was walkable/a short drive to everything, and the beach was beautiful!

The house is in a great location. The proximity to the beach, pool, and boardwalk was great! That being said, the noise/traffic from Rt 1 was prevalent.
The pool and tennis courts were an easy walk. My boys really enjoyed the electric scooters! The only real complaint was that the beds were really noisy and uncomfortable. Other than that, the property was lovely.

Perfect Getaway
Staying at this property was just what my family needed. The location is perfect as it is close to the beach and boardwalk. The host supplied bicycles, table tennis so on days when it was too chilly to go to the beach we had other activities. My family begged me to request another night because we really enjoyed our time there. The host was responsive and even gave us a few tips before we made it down. We will definitely look for availability here the next time we come to Bethany.

Family of 4 (kids 5 and under) had a blast in this house and the core offerings of beach access and community pool. Basically walked to the beach every morning and did the pool in the afternoon until the kids were just spent! Jill even notified us on our arrival day when the rental was available BEFORE the 3pm check-in time. Much appreciated! The townhome has a very functional layout, modern aesthetic, and two good outdoor decks to relax on (although not much privacy on those decks). Great times despite the pandemic.Walk to the beach is basically 3.5 full blocks, but not too bad. The bike with wagon hitch attached was very useful as I would ride all of our beach stuff the few blocks down to the beach and the kids could walk at their own pace (leisurely).Being an easy 10 minute walk from the main drag of Bethany restaurants/shops was nice, but we usually drove as we picked up food to-go.Townhome backs directly up to Coastal Highway which, occasionally brought about loud trucking noises; but after the 1st night, the whirring began to sound like a white noise machine imitating the ocean, which is fairly common and calming in our house. Long way of saying--not really an issue.Ping Pong Table, Scooter, Bikes - not really utilized by us, but could be really nice perks for those with older kids.Thanks again Jill!

Fantastic Location and Great for Family
We really enjoyed our stay in Bethany at this location. The trip consisted of me, my wife, our 17 month old toddler.
As an initial matter, given COVID, we were very concerned about traveling. Our minds were immediately at ease as the home was spotless and smelled like it had just been cleaned.
My wife has been coming to Bethany for over 20 years, and I have now been coming there for nine years, and I will say the location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and downtown area. The home is located about four blocks south of Garfield Parkway on the the west side of Route 1/Coastal Highway, so you need just need to cross Coastal Highway and you are essentially downtown. There is a cross-walk directly on the other side of the home, so crossing Coastal Highway was easy.
There is plenty of space for a small family like ours, or an even bigger family or multiple groups of folks. My wife and I used the master bedroom and set up a pack and play for our toddler in one of the other bedrooms. The bedroom for our toddler faced the east and was protected by shade and trees, so it remained very dark for her during nap time. We used the other bedroom for our luggage and never had a need for the pullout couch.
There was plenty of space in the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms had full tubs, so very easy to wash our toddler.
The kitchen appears to have just been redone and its fantastic. It is very very spacious and has all the things you need if you plan to cook-in for the week. There is also a fully functioning washer/dryer, which is perfect with a messy toddler.
The living/dining area connects to the kitchen and is pretty open concept, so we could all be downstairs and interacting. The decks are also great to have an evening cocktail. Finally, the garage had a ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs and a charcoal grill. All clean and in great shape.
Communication with the owner was smooth, where we received almost immediate responses to our requests.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to Bethany.

Jill was so easy to communicate with during all the COVID rulings. The townhouse is adorable and the perfect size for a group of 6! The amenities included were so great to entertain the kids - ping pong table, bikes and a scooter. They thought of everything! The place is a quick walk to the beach or the boardwalk too! Would love to come back again!

Bethany Beach week
We had a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable townhome. It was very clean, well supplied and updated. Walking distance to beach and town and a nice pool and tennis courts available within the community. Bikes, beach chairs, electric scooter, ping pong table were all in good condition and ready to use. Jill was very responsive to all our questions and went out of her way to make recommendations and to make sure we were happy.

The place was extremely clean and updated. Very comfortable. AC works great. The scooter and bikes are well serviced and ready to go.
