La camera era pulitissima, come tutto il resto della struttura. I proprietari Lucio e Caterina sono eccezionali, molto gentili e ci hanno coccolato con una deliziosa colazione. È stato un piacere scoprire questo piccolo angolo di paradiso, se dovessimo tornare a San Vito lo Capo sicuramente torneremo a pernottare da loro. Lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia passare una bella vacanza a San Vito lo Capo.
È situato un po’ lontano dal centro, ma di fronte alla struttura si trova la fermata per la navetta GRATUITA per arrivare fino al centro del paese.
Altra piccolissima nota, sul balcone esterno della camera manca l’illuminazione.

La posizione vicinissima al centro. Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera pulitissima dotata di ogni confort. Colazione buona.
Unica nota negativa il parcheggio nelle vicinanze tutto a pagamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questo B&B, potendone apprezzare:
- la posizione, leggermente decentrata rispetto alla zona centrale di San Vito, ma a soli 3 minuti di auto e 15 minuti a piedi, così da garantire allo stesso tempo comodità e tranquillitá; posto auto gratuito a due minuti di cammino dalla struttura.
- la qualità della struttura, pulitissima ed ordinatissima;
- l'attenzione dei proprietari/hosts, che ci hanno riservato, pur con estrema discrezione, tutte le attenzioni necessarie a garantirci un soggiorno veramente gradevole.
Complimenti e grazie di tutto, ritorneremo alla prima occasione!

1. Very helpful and friendly proprietor. This was important when I needed advice on what to do with a parking ticket!
2. Fabulous cold-buffet breakfast which could be eaten inside or on an attractive patio area overlooking the street.
3. Excellent communications with proprietor prior to arrival.
4. Stunning view of the mountain from our room and also from the roof/pool area.
5. Good air conditioning in room.
6. The walk to the beach is for the most part along an attractive and interesting shopping area.
1. Ensuite bathroom was rather small for two people and looking a little "tired;" but everything worked OK and there was always hot water.
2. The proprietor recommended and booked a boat excursion with someone who turned out to be unreliable.
3. Booking.com incorrectly classifies this and other similarly located hotels as "Beach Front." This is incorrect. It is not beach front. In fact, the hotel is a little too far for comfort from the beach and it is not practical to drive there because of parking difficulties.
