It was like sleeping in a public bathroom, you felt disgusted at everything

Close to the station, only good thing about it

Amazing place to stay!

There was enought space that we could open both our luggages at the same time. The shower had glass door so the rest of the bathroom floor was not always wet. The bed was confortable and we slept very well. Near a lot of restaurant and even a cinema.

It took me a moment to understand we had to put our room card into a reader to be able to turn the lights on in the bathroom and the entrance.

Very good

View from the room was incredible! Could see the whole city! They also had toiletries & a hair dryer! The room was also surprisingly spacious considering the bathroom is inside the same room.

Simple, Good value hotel!

It is a simple room, with the bare minimum as all the WakeUp ones - don’t expect a minibar fx, but the bed is comfortable, the room looks nice and the location is perfect!! price vs what you get is really good

Very good

Very well-maintained and clean. Very good breakfast buffet (excellent croissants!) Exceptionally friendly staff!

Room very basically equipped (no cup or glass to drink some tap water out of, no mat to step onto when coming out of the shower, which made the floor of the whole room wet and dangerously slippery). Astonishingly bad coffee at breakfast.

Pleasant

That was by far the weirdest bathroom solution that I have ever encountered. All made of glass. It was interesting and it worked. The room was ok, the tables and the dustbin had some interesting design. There was a nice view from the hotel room. The biggest plus of this hotel was probably the fact that it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and were available every morning I went to buy coffee at 5 am. They replied all questions with regard to bus/transportation/locations. The elevators were surprisingly quick. The numbers of the room doors were very big and visible, well done! There were carpets in the hallways.

I had to take my garbage out. The cleaning lady does not pop in. Since the room was not very big, the full bin became the focus. The bed was a bit hard as well as the pillow. Unrelated to the hotel: The bus 925x serves only the designated flights. It will not take you on board if you decide to go earlier to the airport. And the taxi to Aarhus airport costs 750 DKK. You do not want to experience that, trust me. I learned it the hard way. So dear traveler, lie, lie, lie about your destination if you want to get to the airport on time. Travel agencies recommend being at the airport at least two hours prior to boarding, but the bus will board you just 1 hour prior to boarding.

Exceeded expectations

Window was broken and they upgraded our room for free. Everything impeccable and perfect, receptionists professional and helpful. I will definitely come back. Loved the separate duvets!

Good value, great location, helpful staff.

Definitely was a great location and good value for money. Lots nearby including a mall, train station, and restaurants. I was surprised by the good use of space (as a very tall person) and appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

No issues from my end.

Good hotel in charming city

Good location - easy to catch the airport bus and close to the railway station. The main sights are close by, as are shops for groceries. Modern, functional room. Helpful staff on reception.

Fit for purpose & ideal location for onward connections/travel

Ideal location only a few minutes walk from Aarhus H train station, meaning easy connections with both the airport & other destinations. Reception staff were helpful in sourcing a USB charger for me.

Not a big issue given the assistance with the charger by reception, but the shelf on top of the glass work space didn't leave enough room to get a multi purpose plug in properly (I couldn't connect the USB in the top).

It was good stay

The hotel was very good located, the staff polite and allways prepared to help us. Very convenient that you can make self check-in or check-out.

Pleasant

The hotel is located right in the beginning of the Main Street, super close to the main station and Bruns Gallerie. The hotel itself is pretty cool with all its common room, chill out spaces and the deco at the entrance and the staff was nice and helpful.

What I didn’t like as much was that the room was only made for one person when I had booked it for two. I had to set up the second set for the bedding myself, as well as the towels and cup for the bathroom. Now, if I pay for two persons I expect that it is prepared for two at least. The breakfast had the bare minimum for the worth of 90.- Kr. There is definitely room for improvement to be found.

Decent and clean room.

Not cheap, and having to pay 20 crowns to leave luggage at the hotel after checkout seems quite stingy on their side.

Modern room, clean and comfy bed staff were great, helpful and professional. Now in Copenhagen booked wake up hotel here. I feel like at home. Great hotel and certainly deserves more than the two stars it currently has.
