The hotel is wonderful and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, everything was absolutely clean, and the room felt comfortable from a Western perspective.
One of the highlights for us was the breakfast. Compared to many other hotels we have stayed at in China, this one offered a much better breakfast for Western guests, which we really appreciated.
The only thing worth mentioning is the location. It is about a 15–20 minute walk to a mall where you can find proper Western-style coffee, including Starbucks. Dinner options in the immediate area may also be a little challenging if you do not enjoy Chinese food, but that is obviously not a reflection on the hotel itself.
Overall, it is a very good hotel: clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great option for Western travellers who want a reliable and pleasant stay.
