Pleasant environment. Quiet and close to the town. Bed comfortable. Room warm. Easy parking.

On arrival we found office closed. Our room key had been left out for us. The cabin was basic but heater was on so it was warm. There was a jug and kettle but no cups or glasses. Unable to fill the jug as no water supply close to the cabin. Had to walk to the kitchen block some distance away. Toilets and showers were locked. Contacted staff by phone and advised toilets and showers closed due to unauthorised use and damage. They would be opened by 4pm. We were advised there was a toilet open some distance from our cabin. Showers clean but nowhere above ground to put your clothes while showering and the shower curtains didn't stop water from getting to clothes placed on floor. Shower room was cold. Laundry facilities available but needed coins. With no staff onsite had to go to town to get coins. Why not put key to shower and toilet with the room key and provide a means to fill jug close to cabins?

The room was clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the kitchen to make breakfast. The kitchen area was nice and clean with everything you need to cook and eat.

It was raining all night and the spouting just outside the toilet and shower block was pouring down onto the footpath making it hard to go to the toilets during the night without getting wet. There is a heater in the room but since the walls are concrete it took about 3 hours for the room to actually warm up. The communal tv room was a mess with empty food and beer bottles left lying around.

Not clean. The kitchen was dirty and the tv room was occupied by a drunk guy. The tv room was disgusting. The heater in the room didn't work. I tell the problem at the reception and the girl didn't care about that. It was very cold (winter).

Was freezing cold- only a wall heater that was inadequate. Not even a mirror or glasses & cutlery in room so why have a toaster or kettle?? Too basic. Have stayed in better for less.

A very clean and tidy unit, comfortable beds, and a great shower, plus it's great value for money. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Only wee thing was face clothes didn't get replaced when towels did

Very nice manager. Underfloor heating in the shower block. Excellent kitchen facilities. Good heater in the room.

It was close enough to walk to bars and restaurants.

There was a toilet just outside our room. There was a lot of space in our room. The kitchen, bathroom and toilets were very close and clean. All good.

Clean and comfy beds. Jug and toaster

This is not a dislike, but a suggestion for a better experience: Mesh on the windows, maybe a fan.
