Exceptional

I liked the coziness of the place and the flat's rooms and beds.

I didn't like that we had just glasses and plates for the kitchen and that the entrance is on another small private corridor opposite another flat that they have in their portofolio. I felt uncomfortable with the fact that I was requested to check in late because of their cleaning schedule and I was being asked if I plan to check out early because of the same reason.

Lovely apartment just a shame about the issue we had which i hope for the owners doesn’t happen again.

The property is situated near to a nice park and easy walking distance to the old area of the city with plenty of good places to eat and to go for coffee. We know the area so booked the apartment for this reason. A transfer to and from the airport was arranged by the apartment owners of which was great as there were 4 adults each with large cases and hand luggage. The driver contacted me a few days before we flew to introduce himself and to arrange to meet us at the arrivals area within the airport. We had to leave the apartment at 3am to fly home and he was there at 2:45am asking if we needed any help with anything, so would recommend this to anyone who books the apartment. The apartment is large and airy as the photos show with 2 large double bedrooms, one with en-suite and plenty of comfy seating space in the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen facilities are good enough to knock up a breakfast or light lunch and has a good quality bean to cup coffee machine that got plenty of use.

At the moment there is no 24hr emergency number for contact with the owners if any thing goes wrong in the apartment, of which did for use. Due to an electrical fault in the building we found ourselves locked out of the apartment at 02:30am after returning from our daughters wedding, as the outer door into a short corridor that the apartment shares with the the owners other apartment which is also rented is on an electrical key pad lock. There is a mechanical lock fitted but we were not provided with the key at the start, though was provided with it after as i had to force the door to get in. I have properties that i let out and have always provided a 24hr contact number for cases like this as no one got back to me until gone 9am. I did speak to one of the owners and they said its a thing that they’re now looking into for the future and also returned the transfer fee for the return to the airport. It is a nice apartment and it was a shame about the electrical fault locking us out and if I hadn’t been unable to force the door i would of had top find other accommodation for the night for us due to no 24hr contact.

Our group slept comfortably every night in a great location and comfortable apartment.

Very quiet, good location, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

it looks a little rough from the outside, but so does the rest of Bucharest. don’t let that fool you, it’s a wonderful place to visit.

Very good

Nice apartment, well furnished and spacious.

Super king sized beds with barely fitting sheets and duvets. Small thing but would have been much more comfortable with properly fitted bed linen.

Disappointing

The apartment is big nicely decorated, and there is almost no outside noises coming in.

The apartment was not properly cleaned, it was very cold, the floor squeaks everywhere, and the noises from the other apartment.

Our 2nd stay with them and just as good as the first

This is our 2nd stay with them and it was just as good as the first. Terrific locations, very spacious apartment, helpful staff. The apartment has all you need for a stay more than a couple of days. We'll stay there again when back in Bucharest.

A really great apartment, location and host team to look after you

We had an incredible stay with City Life Suites and in this apartment. The apartment has everything you need, particularly for an extended stay. The team at CLS were responsive and very helpful. We'll stay here again when next in Bucharest.

It was a tiny thing but there were a couple of items missing from the apartment, e.g. tea towels for drying dishes, however, Julia and Dan were incredibly responsive and had the issue resolved in just a of couple of hours.

Great place to stay for 4 people. And amazing hosts as well.

Everything with the apartment was exactly as described. We booked the taxi service from and to the airport with the company renting the apartment as well. The taxi driver, who was also the person who let us in, was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips and was even available during our stay for anything else we needed. The apartment was very clean, the showers were spacious, and the decor was nice. The communication with the company was exceptional, answering all our questions at any time of the day and helping us out with suggestions about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Very professional and friendly people.
