The property offers good value for money, because it is one of the few places that comes in the price range that has Air con and spacious wardrobes. There is closed scooter parking which is a plus and they offer breakfast with the price. Staff is also very helpful and they clean the place frequently. Good and affordable eating options are nearby. If you are looking for an evening stroll, there are good places to walk within 1km like the oslob beach front and the Spanish ruins where you can easily spend 1 hour enjoying the area.
The overall oslob town area didn't feel very welcoming as a tourist. Here scooter rentals are very expensive compared to other parts of the island. Key attractions like whale watching and tumalog falls are ~25 minutes away from the place.

Rooms are to small, old and staff are teenage girls who don't speak English and with and attitude, not helpful at all.
