Nice location and the room was comfortable for a 1-night stay. Room is renovated and clean
The walls are rather thin and you can hear everything around.
Not an issue for us, but just to note, no elevators.

The location is fantastic and right on the main street to explore the small town Riquewihr. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were to a high standard.
I found the staff to be quite rude. We had a bad experience in the restaurant during the evening with a complete lack of service and obvious favouritism towards other guests.
