We stayed in this 3-bedroom bungalow for a home from home stay and really enjoyed our time there. Although the property is quite dated, it has a charming retro feel that adds to its character. The views over the Black Mountains and Herefordshire are absolutely beautiful and were one of the highlights of our stay. The bungalow was also very well equipped with everything needed for a longer visit, making it comfortable and convenient throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place with stunning scenery.
In the colder months it would have been nice the boiler was working however we were provided with adequate alternative heating.

Merryview Bungalow felt like a home from home the minute we walked in the door.
The attention to detail to make you feel welcome was amazing, from a little welcome pack to board games and dvds for the children.
The garden is stunning with amazing views and so secure, allowing the children to safely spend hours playing.
The bungalow is spotlessly clean with a well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms.
Lots of space for us (2 adults, 13 year old, 7 year old, 2 year old and a dog).
I would recommend 1000%

Immaculately clean and comfortable accommodation. Our hosts seemed to have thought of everything. Lovely welcome pack of wine and chocolates and basic groceries. Beautiful tranquil location with far reaching views of the countryside in every direction and not overlooked by anything or anyone. No light pollution so great for star gazing on a clear night. Our family of 5 plus dog wished we had booked for longer.
