Cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, location.
The Barn was spotless on arrival, keys were in the door, heating on keeping it cosy warm, Ted and Janice popped round to ensure all was ok, plenty of walks on your door step. Disability friendly, my dad is partially in a wheelchair and The Barn has all the amenities to ensure his stay was looked after, downstairs bedroom and shower room, all level access.
we will be booking again for next year.
There is nothing negative to say about our stay, everything was just how we wanted, another perfect stay.

Beautiful cottage in fab surroundings. Great modern facilities and thoughtful welcome pack. Wifi worked really well. Deer and rabbits on the land. Good location for Beverley and for Yorkshire. Car advisable.
Nothing! Just be mindful of the farm track to the cottage.
