The location was great and the staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us.

Well organised, located in a great area, close to the shop and town. Quite place at night time.

Price and good value for money. We liked the proximity to the water and to the village.
There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was good value and suited our needs at the time. The inability to reach anyone on the number given on the wrist band was concerning - the message on the phone told us to send an email or text. If there were an emergency, we would not have been able to reach a person quickly. Not opening the office area until 9 was inconvenient.
The young woman at the reception desk was excellent, friendly and helpful. The young man was grumpy and somewhat rude.

Location and friendliness of staff
Our pod was in poor condition showing real signs of wear and had mould around the shower. The utensils/plates etc were pretty basic. The communal area was not particularly clean.
