A Great disappointment

Location was next to the town of Guatapé. The house has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms

It was really dirty and a villa in a poor state! - the plates, glasses, cups, pans etc are very dirty. For use we needed to clean them thoroughly. - ⁠the cofffeepot was full of fungi. - ⁠in the oven there were 2 full pans of dirty oil with a terrible smell, we did not use it because of the dirt, the same is for the microwave. - ⁠ we have seen a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen - ⁠we have had a great leakage in one of the bedrooms during a thunderstorm - ⁠ the playing area was also very dirty and in poor state. - the quality of the beds, towels and linens is very poor. Overall this is not the cleaning standard we can expect when we are renting a villa like this and that is a disappointment. When confronting the owner to this, he claimed that the house is cleaned 3 times a week (we did not see anyone during our 5 days stay) the price is very cheap and he provided no solution for us, other than an additional day which we couldn’t use because we already have a predefined schedule for our holiday.
