la ubicación del alojamiento (aunque no es fácil encontrarlo a la primera :-)) y el anfitrión muy amable.
Creo que es una casa con un potencial enorme que con pocos detalles podría mejorar mucho su valoración general (colchas nuevas y un poco más de limpieza tanto del interior como de la terraza, acondicionamiento de la zona de la piscina)

The accommodation was modern, spacious , organised and very clean , providing very good kitchen facilities too. Thank you!
The property was incredibly hot! We know that it is particularly hot at the moment but in view of that we think that fans should have been provided which would have made our stay more comfortable. The booking was for 5 night too. We had to sleep down stairs.
The garden furniture was very old, uncared for and really uncomfortable. No chance of relaxing in the shade.
Swimming pool was great, thank you, but it didn’t seem that anyone was around to tidy up the area. I picked up over blown umbrellas.

The place was a gite and managed as such, this should be made clearer in the details. When I looked at details I didn’t think to check whether sheets were included in the price. Hefty charge for sheets and towels for one night.
Barely enough toilet roll and no evidence of back up roll
No chopping board
Outside table and chairs very decrepit and need replacing.
Little things like shower gell would have been good
Overly zealous instructions on disposal of rubbish with hefty fine for non compliance.
Should be made clearer that path up from Fontevraud Road was not passable.
Just felt a general lack of care and attention to detail.
