The location was perfect. The apartment was around 15 minutes walking distance from the center and the neighbourhood was safe even at night. The host was very responsive to our messages. We liked the size of the room and it was clean and tidy.
Parking was difficult to find however is not the host fault. As a suggestion, i would recommend maybe to offer complementary bottles of water on arrival.

Il punto forte è la vicinanza al centro di Matera e la disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla casa
Purtroppo una scarsa comunicazione con l'host (praticamente assente al momento del check out e ancora ad oggi dopo 3 settimane non è stato visualizzato il messaggio di dove lasciare le chiavi)..e purtroppo abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani in bagno già sporchi con macchie marroni e rosastre... c'era scritto che avremmo trovato come extra internet veloce e una bottiglia di vino ma niente di tutto questo era presente nella struttura.
