The location was ideal, close to the beach, the restaurants and bars and the old town. Frederic was a great host, very helpful and informative about the local area. The communication was good from start to finish and we appreciated that he was there on time to meet us with the keys. The apartment is clean, fresh and nicely furnished.

Amazing, clean apartment in a perfect location. Close to the beach and train station a short walk away. As a family with children it was super safe. We 100% recommend to others.
One small thing is that we were there in peak summer and the apartment was really warm so we struggled to sleep a bit especially in the bedroom.

Modern musicians area apartment. Clean well stocked. Secure, lift. Location.
Wooden shutters on bedroom window would not close for us but owner had zero difficulty with them day of departure. Similar issue with entrance lock. No block out internal blinds, double glazing didn't prevent street noise. No hand towels and tea towel stored with brush and pan though a very clean one. Location on 1st floor very noisy of an evening and events throughout night...including 3am pavement washing by nearby Cafe. Apartment got cold and stuffy no fan bedroom and portable a/c not connected in living room.
