The owner is such a lovely lady, so helpful and kind.
Good location, clean house and nice small balcony.
I didn't like that there is an agency renting the property to customers through booking.com, this is adding an unnecessary additional barrier and affecting the level of service.
Communication with the property was very weak due to the presence of the agency, and I am sure the price went up because of that too.
The agency also made a mistake with my booking and cancelled it at the beginning, this is because they are an additional connection between me and the property, very bad idea.
I could have had a much better experience with my stay if the agency was not involved in the booking process.
The WIFI is really slow and doesn't work most of the time
